Lasted less than / weeks :( the paint came off around the rim and customer services said I didn’t follow the care instructions, of which there is none on the cup! I paid over £30 too - so a total shame on them.

This is the perfect cup for hot tea! The ceramic coating on the inside keeps the taste exactly as I expect tea to taste. Not that metal or plastic taste you get. The construction of this "mug" is great; it keeps your tea hot for longer than I need it to. It also keeps your hands nice and safe.The color is nice, and there are a bunch of nice other colors as well.Stop looking and get this one.

Good cup. The slider on the lid is not liquid tight, but is more of a dust cover. The tactile feel o the snake skin mug is great! Keeps stuff warm for a decent amount of time. keeps stuff cold for longer
