quality of materal is good but watch the length. I got one a few months ago to exaust a fan outsid and during a rain storm a cat tried to get in through it and it fell from the ceiling it was mounted on and the cat freaked out and riped it up. So I got a new one ( ducting not cat ) and want to install it and its 1.5ft shorter. Kinda odd being I just went to my history and hit Buy Again. I had to remount the fan closer to the exit spot. other then cat proof and length issues its a good product.
