I have been baffled as to why my scalp was itching and hair falling out massively. So over 5 months ago, I bought this hair brush as it looked like a quality one. I also practice Kinesiology. Upon testing the materials in this brush, I found it to be non-toxic for me. So I began testing hair brushes in all the stores, and same thing came up negative. Especially the little plastic nubbles at the end of each bristle...that was testing "negative". Results are good, as my hair stopped falling out, scalp stopped itching. I felt I had found a miracle, so I bought another one to have onhand! Love the way it makes my hair look so healthy!

I actually love this little boar bristle brush. I was very tempted to buy another very expensive brand of a boar bristle brush and I saw this and thought I’d try it. I have extremely thick course hair and this gets through it and leaves it shiny! The mini version works just fine.

It took a little getting used to, but now I love it. Great purse sized/ travel brush.

This hairbrush is like a toyota corolla, small and sturdy built to last, serviceable and does the job. The boar bristle is nice for brushing smoothness and the harder bristles easily remove tangles. I lost it after a trip and immediately reordered. It's great for shoving in my purse or keeping in my bathroom drawer. I really need to order a second one so I can keep one in each spot. Love this little brush.

This brush is amazing! I want it in a larger size, lol. It makes my hair so soft. I was going to keep it in my diaper bag, but I may just keep it in my bathroom.

Boar bristles are not suitable for all hair types. They work best on fine hair and can disrupt the curl pattern and cause frizz in coily or textured hair. Boar bristle's and nylon is recommended for thicker hair, to aid detangling. The Mini Boar Bristle Hairbrush has both. I put it to the test on freshly washed, wet hair, and it brushed through my hair easily. I was impressed. Keeping hair detangled wheather wet or dry, is important for growth health, although gentle brushing is recommended on dry hair which helps smooth the hair cuticle, mininmize static, frizz, and breakage. The size of the boar bristle, nylon head is 2 1/4" across and 3 1/4" in length. The handle is 2 1/2" short, making the brush versitle, purse perfect. Hope this helps!
