I can’t say for certain, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend using them for very hot dishes.

Can i use these trays in a microwave oven?

I wouldn't recommend it. I'm not so sure because I didn't fully look at the bottom of the item or booklet. The item I order is too big to fit on a microwave but is great for my needs to serve my guest or customers.
