I ordered the fettuccine noodles. I was a little bit anxious after reading some reviews that the noodles had a fishy smell. However I followed the package directions , rinsed the noodles with hot tap water , drained and then "pan dried" the noodles in a nonstick pan over medium heat. They are pretty tasteless by themselves but take on the flavor of tomato sauce or a spicy stir fry sauce.
