Does chocolate match the brown of salted caramel matcha whirl?

what size crochet hook works best with this yarn (Whirl)?

I’ve been using a 2.75 mm hook, and it gives a gauge of 6st/in and 3 rows of half-double crochet are about 0.5 in. You could probably go a bit smaller on the hook size, but I wouldn’t want to go any larger than 2.75 mm.
