Infinite stars for this incredible story.
What an incredible journey I have been on. This trilogy has been phenomenal. I am absolutely gutted to have completed reading all three books and whilst I know there are more books in this series, I cannot imagine this particular story being topped in all honesty. I must say a huge thank you to my good friend for the recommendation - I would have missed out reading something very special if it hadnโt been for her. This story will always have a special place in my heart. I thought the author wrote this complex and detailed narrative perfectly. There has been so much throughout that has amazed me โ all the small details especially. I always enjoy a story that has twists and turns, and Iโm in awe how the author penned so many incredible scenes, taking the story in a different direction or progressing it brilliantlyโฆ each and every time. Reading ACOTAR has been incredible from start to finish. All the emotions I've experienced have been fabulous. This journey has been one huge emotional roller coaster ride and Iโve loved every moment (yes, even those heartbreaking scenes). Iโve changed my opinions about characters when I never would have thought it possible, and at times Iโve questioned loyalties. I have laughed, cried, loved and despised. Youโll need to strap yourself in for all the angst - thatโs a certainty!!! The characters that I have got to know and come to love are all incredible. Iโm certain that we all have our individual favourites but I feel that they all played an important and integral part in the story, and they did so very well indeed. A Court of Wings and Ruin has got to be my favourite book out of the three. Every chapter was packed with new developments and there are a lot of chapters! I was a bit daunted by the size of this novel in the beginning if Iโm honest, but this book is a real page turner and I never took notice of where I was at until I those final few chapters, which was only because I didnโt want my journey to end. It was a struggle to put my kindle down when real life needed my attention. I donโt often reread books. I think we all have โto be readโ lists as long as the River Nile. However, I will be reading this trilogy again โ that is for certain. I have a feeling Iโll discover little details that I missed first time round, and I cannot wait to be reminded of my favourite scenes โ and there are quite a number of them! I highly recommend that you read the A Court of Thorns and Roses series. If I could give this series infinite stars I would. This story will quite literally take your breath away and I must admit Iโm rather jealous of those reading this for the very first time. I need to repeat that I found this to be a phenomenal story, and I canโt imagine you not enjoying it as much as I have.

Loved it!
ACOWAR was a perfect conclusion to the original trilogy and a satisfying continuation of the series. SJ Maas is a master at hooking you in from the start and making you invested in every single character, as insignificant as they might seem. I was completely invested from the beginning, especially with Feyreโs continued strength and determination, and how she steps up for her people even with everything happening around her. We get invested in the fate of Feyreโs family, especially her sisters Nesta and Elain, and in Rhysand and the Inner Circle. The stakes are higher than ever in this book, and I really felt the weight of every decision being made. There were also some really emotional and powerful moments that kept me fully engaged throughout. Overall, it felt like a powerful continuation, and I finished it feeling really satisfied.

Good
Story is engaging and gripping but I find that the story gets rather repetitive because it's very similar to the third book in vibes. Finished 75% of it in 3 days; couldn't put it down but then hit a wall and got bored. Rhysand is a little annoying in this book as well. The book describes him in such high praise but I find that it doesn't deliver on expectations with his actions. Physically, book is beautiful and arrived in pristine condition.

Sarah J. Maas has once again created a masterpiece!
Sarah J. Maas has once again created a masterpiece, as always her writing was wonderful to read. The way she is able to build such a vivid and beautiful world is amazing and I was gripped from the first line. At the end of A Court of Mist and Fury we leave Feyre back at the Spring Court and in the heart of enemy territory. I have being looking forward to see Feyre play spy for so long and was so happy to find that it definitely lived up to all of my expectations. I adored that we got to see a lot more of Lucian and I feel like we really got to know his character better. I loved the intense moments between him and Feyre when they don't know whether to trust each other or not, they are just perfection. I'm not sure whether it was supposed to be funny but I really found it hilarious, at one point I just could not stop laughing everyone in my house literally though I was going crazy. Maas really created some epic moments that are just incredibly well done, that I will never forget. โNight Triumphant - and the Stars Eternal. If he was the sweet, terrifying darkness, I was the glittering light that only his shadows could make clear.โ Now lets get to Rhysand...erm.. what can I even say? OH YES!! HE WAS AMAZING! I loved every single Rhys moment that we got to see and I just love him as a character and even though I didn't think that his character could be developed any more after reading ACOMAF, the way Maas wrote his development blew me away it was phenomenal. Now to all my other favourites, all I'm going to say is I adore them all especially Cassian and Azriel. Again it was pure perfection. Mor and Amren's character development also really went somewhere in this book, I never expected what happens to happen and I am still surprised and amazed at the great things that Sarah J. Maas did. The plot was so action packed and there was always something happening it was so stressful but in a really really great way, I am so glad that we got to see loads more of the High Lords, that was brilliants and I loved the meeting, I am running out of words to use to describe how amazing things were. I only had one tiny problem, I really wanted a discussion to happen between Tamlin and Feyre near the end after you know what (No spoilers here, see I am really trying), I just really needed more. Saying that I think that things were left in a great way and I really felt satisfied with the conclusion, and I also think that the way it ended really did justice to this amazing series. I am happy with Feyre and Rhysand's ending but I really hope that we get to see them again even if its just a cameo. They will always be some of my favourite characters of all time. โIt's a rare person to face who they are and not run from it - not be broken by it.โ I definitely ugly cried and I will never get over it. I will go as far to say that part of me died while reading this book. The feels were ridiculous and I have never ever cried like I did when I cried while I read this. I'm not sure where the series is going to go and which characters we will see again but I don't care I will read anything Sarah J. Maas writes and the fact that there is going to be more from this world is enough for me. But honestly do I have to wait another year, what will I do until then. โI would have waited five hundred more years for you. A thousand years. And if this was all the time we were allowed to have... the wait was worth it.โ Overall I loved it and I'm not sure whether A Court of Mist and Fury is still my favourite or whether this one is but I loved them both, and this series has ruined me I have a feeling that I will never find anything as good as these, I am getting depressed just thinking about it. The only thing left to say is that I highly recommend this series, everyone should read it and I think that even if you don't enjoy the fantasy genre I would be extremely surprised if you didn't like this. 5/5 Stars! (Obviously)

Mesmerising Adult Fairy Tale - Terrific
Welcome to the Court of Adult Fairy Tales, with 5 stars for the latest instalment from the breath-taking series written by Sarah Maas (The Court of Thorns and Roses). And now the Court of Wings and Ruin transports us yet again into this adult fairy tale world and on journey of danger and triumph that is action packed and alluring, and where wisdom, betrayal, loyalty, and love, feature heavily in the story. Another spell binding story from an author whose imagination appears limitless, a story that is told with a vast range of intriguing characters, a plot that is superb in its concept and delivery and with a level of suspense that will rival the best thrillers. Absorbing, captivating, and compulsive as we remain entrapped in Maas's world of High Fae and the Court of Thorns and Roses. The Plot Think, plan, believe, be ready. Organise, prepare, trust and be on guard. And yet they were not ready, and the Night Court, including Rhys and Feyre, had not foreseen the alliances that were being forged around them and Tamlin is making deals with the invading king of Hybern threatening to bring Prythian to its knees. However, close to the โWallโ, the southern territories and the human lands are most at risk from the Hybern onslaught. Yet the wall came down and the Night Court was left defending its court. The enemy used the element of surprise to their advantage and even with the combined physical and mental skills of the Night Court inner circle, victory seemed the stuff of dreams. There is so much happening in every chapter it is difficult to summarise all the sub plots, twists, and storylines. Suffice to say the seven courts are in play and we are moving towards the major battle, where fittest and most courageous will get to write the ending. A difficult feat because no one Lord can achieve this on their own, but it is difficult to know where loyalties lie. Review and Comments Wings and Ruin, brought so many conflicts yet it is an epic love story, much of the earth was scorched and weary from battle yet the story and setting continues to be enchanting, the characters are scheming but deliciously flawed and likeable and the writing is just stunning where I have to conclude that not a word could be written differently. That said, I cannot lavish enough praise on this series, it is truly awesome and one I would have enjoyed before embracing Fantasy more readily. Formidable, mesmerising, jaw droppingly beautiful Sarah Maas has one hell of an imagination that just blows me away and with three brilliant books so far, I have to say from my own experience, Maas is the Queen of Fantasy.

What an emotional rollercoaster!
WOW. What an emotional roller coaster this book was! Without giving away any spoilers, I laughed, cried (multiple times), had my anxiety through the roof, and completely swooned. I absolutely loved every minute of it. For me, itโs not quite on the same level as ACOMAF, but itโs an incredibly close second and such a worthy follow-up. I also loved getting more insight into other characters, especially Nesta and Elain, and seeing their stories develop further. The Inner Circle continues to own my heart. I genuinely love them all. Azriel is justโฆ ๐ฉ๐ and Cassianโs protective side had me melting. โค๏ธ And Lucien? Iโve always liked him, and this book only made me more excited to see where his story goes next. As for Tamlinโฆ my feelings are complicated. Thatโs all Iโm saying. (Please donโt come for me ๐) And Rhys and Feyre? Absolute power couple. โค๏ธโ๐ฅ Their relationship, their growth, their strength togetherโฆeverything! This book had action, emotion, heartbreak, hope, and so many unforgettable moments. Sarah J. Maas had me completely hooked from beginning to end. An easy 5 stars!

Thrilling - a must-read series for fantasy fans
Feyre Cursebreaker is back in a big way in this third instalment of the stunning A Court of Thorns and Roses series! Just like at the beginning of the last book, Feyre is back at the Spring Court, but that's about the only thing that's the same - Feyre certainly isn't! And it is with surprisingly little conflict that she begins execution of her promised plan of destruction from within Tamlin's court. You remember those heart stopping moments at Hybern's castle at the end of book two? Well Feyre certainly does. The betrayal and rage still burn strong inside her. But as usual, Tamlin looks but doesn't truly see when it comes to Feyre, much to his detriment. Only Lucien suspects Feyre's loyalties might still lie firmly in Velaris with her mate... I initially picked up this series because I was already a mega fan of Maas's other series, Throne of Glass. Maas is now an autobuy author for me. I have yet to be disappointed in a single thing she's written, and this was no exception. It was exhilarating. It was intricate. It had surprises for you but also delivered everything readers would be expecting and hoping to see in this third and sorta final instalment (more on that below). I absolutely loved it! The book itself was pretty hefty at just under 700 pages, but the story was split into distinct parts which helped the progression as there was an awful lot to tackle here. The large scale scope of this series' world-building and the looming war make for challenging story telling, but I believe Mass succeeded in conveying the epicness to her readers. This was a truly satisfying conclusion to Feyre's (and Rhys'!) story. As with probably any book of this length there were occasional slower paced moments, but overall the tempo kept up a nice beat. Maas' characterisation was excellent as always, with certain members transitioning from ally to enemy and back again, meaning readers are never quite sure who to fully trust. The sense of family at the Night Court is one of my favourite aspects and there were developments and revelations for some of the members there. Speaking of... This is a trilogy, and therefore this current story gets all wrapped up here, but it is not the end! Maas has promised us more to come from the land of Prythia, and I suspect that may be in the form of spin-offs for a couple of characters who still have some loose threads waving in the wind. Something I'd most definitely like to read! A phenomenal finish. 5 Stars โ โ โ โ โ **Although this is classed as a children's title, it has mature themes and scenes throughout the series and I would personally recommend it for ages 17 and up **

A gripping story of redemption, love, and loyalty
โLove - love was a balm as much as it was a poison.' This series has been nothing short of spectacular. Here we are on the third book and none of the pace, passion or heart stopping moments have abated. If anything, theyโve intensified. A Court of Wind and Ruin was brilliant. Exhilarating! Unputdownable! Weโve loved it all! "Wanting you - every hour, every breath. I don't think I can stand a thousand years of this." It's one thing to put words on paper, but it's a whole other creative talent that brings the magic, the imagination, and the words so exquisitely to life. We could picture everything and revelled in the suspense thrilling conclusion to the story so far. We couldnโt breathe whilst reading this book! A year has passed since Feyre Acheron entered faery and her life has changed in so many dramatic and unexpected ways. Her relationship with Rhysand, her mate, and his band of loyal friends, Azriel, Cassian, Mor and Amren are one built on loyalty and love. All play their part in this third instalment as faery is once again poised on the brink of war. Itโs tense, page turning stuff! โI see all of you, Rhys. And there is not one part that I do not love with everything that I am.โ โYou bow to no one,โ was all he replied. We learn more about Feyreโs sister Nesta and Elain who feature heavily in this book, together with Lucian and his past โ it was all so emotional, exciting, and frustrating in equal measures. โTo the stars who listen - and the dreams that are answered.โ Sarah J Maas is a master storyteller, of that there is no question. The impending war were delivered with gut twisting suspense; the fight scenes themselves were on another level. We canโt describe just how good they were. We both declared them as being some of THE best scenes weโve ever read in a fantasy paranormal, and weโve read a lot! "You do not fear," Rhys breathed. "You do not falter. You do not yield." We revelled in how it played out - we couldnโt' have asked for more. We felt as though we were a part of this story, like we were reading in โrealโ time, experiencing the story with the characters, and as avid readers, we couldnโt have asked for more. A gripping story of redemption, love, and loyalty, where friend and foe tread a very thin line, leaving us gasping at some of the twists and turns. Rhysand still has our hearts. A born protector who would sacrifice his life for those he loves. This man has it all! "I believe that everything happened, exactly the way it had to ..so I could find you."

Great and epic ending
If you read the previous 2, don't waste any more time and start this one. The author manages to give closure to every story in this saga, and an epic heroic end to every main character.

Il seguito che non delude
Epico e drammatico, non mi era mai capitato di piangere leggendo un libro ma in diversi punti descrive il dolore talmente bene da trasmetterlo al lettore
