***Update: batteries died after 2 years, can't find replacements...too bad...tool was great for less than 50 times I used it. I did put this to use...in spite of my dislikes...I gave it a 4 star after use. Likes: (1) fast charging 2 batteries incl. (2) good torque but non-variable (might be too much for light applications re rusted/tight small screws or bolts) (3) price (bought discounted) (4) comes with case (mine had issues see below & pics) (5) weighs 8oz less than my 3/8 air ratchet (1 pnd less than my 1/8) (but a bit more bulkier) Dislikes: (1) ***if you leave the battery in the ratchet and place it in the case, be careful when closing the case as it could activate the trigger and cause the ratchet to turn on and run. (2) looks like I was sent a returned product, (see pics), as it's obvious someone returned or previously shipped this unit with the battery in the ratchet and during shipment the combined weight smashed in part or the area that secures the ratchet in place during shipping. (3)case holders for Flat and Phillip's tips/sockets too wide so they don't hold them in place for storage and rattle around in the case freely. (5) it's non-variable...enough torque to snap something light, (constant 400 rpm)

I bought this several years ago when I didn't make a whole lot of money, but needed more tools. This thing lasted me 3-4 years without breaking, and the only reason I stopped using it is because a coworker actually broke it by running it over with a car... while he was borrowing it... It worked for practically every application, had some good torque behind it, and was very useful.

I love this tool! These very off brand tools have surprised me lately! I use this all the time whether it be to work on a car or to renovate our RV! Battery life is really good too! No complaints after using for about 2 months now The only knock would be the battery doesn’t completely lock into the tool so while working and gripping the tool certain ways, the battery comes out slightly. Not bad enough to deduct a star!

Bought this April 2021: The Pros: excellent battery life, good torque, light weight, The cons: after 2nd use of light duty work the tabs on the battery pack snapped off so now the battery pack keeps sliding out, quick fix was wrap some box tape around it to hold battery in place. Thats the only issue. Customer service: horrible customer service. I contacted costumer service about the issue with the tabs breaking on the battery pack and after almost an hour of emailing back and fourth because trying to talk to someone on the phone was out of the question because nobody would call me back. Had to take pictures of the broken tabs on battery and send them evidence which was no problem. In the end I was told they would send me replacement battery packs and that was over 6 months ago and I still haven't received anything or at least an email from them with an update. I would hesitate from buying from this seller do to their horrible customer service. UPDATE: May 3rd,2022 Contacted the seller and I was supposed to receive replacement battery packs due to the broken tabs. That was over 6 months ago and still haven't received anything. I tried emailing them today and received a email right back saying my connection to this seller has expired. This company is a joke and i wouldn't suggest anyone buy any of their products. I still give this product 1 star because it works great if your using it upside down so the battery pack don't fall out because of the broken tabs.

Bought the Juemel for my son as a gift, as I knew he had an engine swap project coming up. He used it to dismantle the front end and the 3.0L V6 in his '03 A4 Audi for pull and swap with a 2.7L twin turbo. He was really surprised and pleased at how strong the torque and the battery life was and said it saved a lot of time. So far it's exceeding expectations. Very durable and powerful. Just waiting for a few more parts to arrive and then start the 2.7L installation. The tool is holding its own. I took a chance on it based on reviews and no disappointments. Ended up buying one for me, lol. Works great! Good luck!

I liked the size and ease of use,perfect for taking off fasteners and bolts when you need more speed than you hand and fingers.Haven’t used it a lot yet, but satisfied with price and quality.
