Great Cookbook for Yummy and Quick Meals

Ok. Gabe not the garden BUT if you have a small plot do both and be muscular and Plant Based. Love 3 bean salad weekly food prep. The salad is great alone , or spread on bed of shredded greens and sprouts and nuts as a dressing and salad finisher, or p,aced in bowl and mashed a little and eaten on tortilla,flatbread or folded romaine…..

Too many protein powder recipes
I returned this book. Just as a matter of personal preference, I prefer recipes that do not include processed foods. A large percentage of these recipes include protein powder. I prefer whole foods and cleaner eating, getting protein from natural sources. There were some recipes that looked good, just not my style of eating.

Great recipes and meal plans .
I will preface this by saying i am new to weight training and so I am not in the class of a “serious body builder” but I am very serious about health and maintaining ( now building )muscle mass . I like to cook and I eat a pretty healthy diet already . I purchased this book to help guide me in tailoring my vegan diet towards one that can help me gain muscle as well as drop fat without losing muscle . I am currently doing the “cutting meal plan “ . The shopping list contained primarily items that I already keep on hand with just a few necessary add ons , that meal prep was manageable , amd the daily food allotment feels like ALOT of food . ..AND the recipes taste great . I would definitely recommend this book

This is One of The Best Vegan Bodybuilding Recipe Books Out there. Simple, Straightforward, Excellent tips on Meal Planning, Meal Prepping, And The Recipes are High Volume, Delicious Filling Dishes that Satisfy You and are easy too cook. Highly Recommend.

I'm not a vegan but I love food - and these recipes are ideal if you're being active and want to eat mindfully. Theres a few recipes on regular rotation in my home now. Brilliantly simple. Cheap dinners. And accounts for either building with calories or shredding.

If you are thinking of buying this book, do. If you’re looking to build muscle or cutting or even if you want to maintain your current physique then this is the book for you (provided you’re vegan) It gives you a lot of information and guidance. If you have any clue about bodybuilding the plans will not come as a shock. If you have no clue then welcome to bodybuilding, do not be put off by eating the same meal more than once in the same week.
