Does anyone have the actual dimensions of the VESA Plate? (not the holes, but the plate itself?

The mount plate is an X shape like in the picture. It is slightly larger than the 100mm X 100mm holes on the far corners. It is about 4.5" or 115mm per side.

How much clearance does the C-clamp need under the desk?

About 2 in. It worked out just fine. Made loads more room on my desk.

Can the monitor be adjusted to be lower than the height it is mounted at?
