They actually do state on products like these that a 100% accurate result isn’t guaranteed, as well as usually printing on the box/packaging that products like these are for entertainment only. It’s logical to see why something like a pregnancy test may be able to detect whether or not you’re actually pregnant, but it’s kind of common sense that a little plastic test isn’t going to accurately predict the sex of a fetus. I know people that have even been told a certain gender after an ultrasound, and ended up with a big surprise at birth when they were handed a baby that was definitely not the sex they expected.

Is there ANYTHING scientific about this?  Any proof that it's right more than 50% of the time?

No, these are for novelty purposes. If you could determine gender at 6 weeks by urine alone, your doctors offices would do that.

does this test work at all with twins?

I dont think youd find answers with twins. With the diffrent hormones having 2 babies it will maybe throw it off and not give an accurate answer. I did use this product pregnant with 1 and It was 100% accurate. Think this is designed for 1 baby on board. I would wait it out and not waste the money

I am reading up on the comments and notice every "positive" result is pink. I can only assume this item is not accurate and will always result in pink

This item is not accurate - it's not a test at all, the colour it turns is entirely down to chance, so half the time it will go blue, half will go pink, therefore 50% chance it will 'predict' the sex of your baby. The company does state in its terms and conditions that it is for 'entertainment' purposes only and isn't s real test. Don't waste your money!!
