Incredible buy
There are so many things that I love about this heating pad. The weight of the pad really allows for it to sit on my neck and shoulders properly to deliver the maximum amount of heat to relax my muscles. It does not take long to heat up in the microwave and the heat last for a good 40 minutes. I have used it for my lower back as well and it did a great job there as well. This heating pad is definitely worth the investment.

So easy to use and smells amazing.
I love this so much. As soon as I pulled it out of the box I could smell the lavender, which I thought I would only smell once I heated it up. It smells so good and it’s the perfect weight! I’m a server at a busy restaurant so I’ve gotten a lot of colds recently and I've been sleeping on my neck wrong several times a week. I just stick this in the microwave for 2-3 minutes when I wake up then set it on my neck while getting ready for work or while laying down and checking texts on my phone - and I’m good to go after just a few minutes! It has seriously helped my soreness, stiffness and stress so much and I try to use it every day now. I would recommend this to anyone who is on their phone a lot, in classes, at an office job, or in a service job and deals with a lot of work or school stress.

Strong Smell after you heat it up
feels great but the smell is just a bit too much for me, will not use, but since i have heated it and used it i will keep it maybe my wife will like it.. update my wife loves it... so worked out...

LOVE IT SO MUCH I GOT TWO
Love it, the fact that is weighted help to keep it in place and keep the heat where you wanted. Loved it so much ordered one for my son. The aroma is ok just wish it was more lavender scented other wise I do highly recommend it for neck pain.

There was nothing that I disliked.Like I said it is a little heavy, but not when I have it on.

Sturdy, heatable neck pad
I learned the hard way that I have a sensitivity to lavender, which this product contains. However, I was able to gift it to my mother (who does not have a lavender sensitivity), and she loves it. It heats up well in the microwave, and is very easy to wear while you’re sitting on the couch, or at your desk, etc.
