Yes. The Starter pack come with everything you need to play the game.

Has the Patch problem on the PS3 version been fixed?

I bought this game for my son and I honestly don't know what the "patch" is :) but all I know is that he said that the game is flawless with no problems whatsoever. Hope this helps.

Does it have the opción to play in spanish?

Bueno pregunto! (Did I say thy correctly)? I'm pretty sure you could. As long as your console is set to the language you speak

Can you play the new 2.0 characters on this?

YOU CAN'T USE 2.0 CHARICTERS ON THE ORIGINAL GAME BUT YOU CAN USE THE ORIGINAL FIGURES IN 2.0 (sorry capslock was on)
