This is a very costly process and requires all of our ingredients to also be certified as well. We sometimes buy our dairy from small local producers who cannot guarantee that their cows only eat non GMO feed year round. Our products have been tested as non GMO but the Whole Foods labeling issue is still a problem without full certification by their designated agency. - Coop **Q: Is this item nut free** A: All of our products are made in a facility that is nut and gluten free - we do use coconut products for our Vegan Hot Fudge, though. - Coop **Q: Can you use this to make candy apples?** A: I don't know why not. You would need to warm it up to the right consistency for apple coating.
