What colour is the background, is it black or navy?

There are a few different variations, but the one I got was plum, and looked like a very dark purple, almost black. There is a navy paper and an ochre one available too.

Hi, this wallpaper is definitely not suitable for bathrooms in my opinion, it's surface is very absorbant and you would either rip it or remove the pattern with even the lightest wipe. It is the most gorgeous paper when up but can be a bit fragile due to having no coating on the surface,its very much 'paper'. I think it would be fine for a separate toilet. Hope this helps.
