This is actually the second time I'm using this freezer. I loved the first one so much that when I moved, I bought the exact same model again and have been using it for about 3 years now. It's much more spacious inside compared to other mini freezers, making it incredibly practical. Since I use it frequently, I recently wanted to replace the door seal. Even though my warranty had already expired, I contacted customer service and they were so helpful and kind that I just had to leave a review . I love this brand! I'm moving again next year, and if this model is still available, I will definitely buy it without a second thought. Highly recommended!

Our apartment freezer is not big enough for us, so we decided to grab an inexpensive secondary freezer for the kitchen. For the money we paid, we're very happy with it. It runs quiet, has a good capacity, and isn't so big that it takes up a crazy amount of space. We've been able to make Costco runs and fit all our purchases in it (though we do shop keeping its size in mind). We haven't had any problems with frost or freezer burn, or items not staying hard frozen. Great value for the money.

I had a problem with frost in the freezer. I contacted Customer Support and they were very helpful. I still has a little more frost than I would like but overall, the product is great.

My kitchen is somewhat small, so this is the perfect size freezer for meal prep that can allow me to expand storage beyond the freezer compartment in my main fridge. The customer service staff at the company are helpful and prompt to reply.

This is a very early review but I thought I would do it anyway. Ordered this to fill it with photo film. I need it cold. I waited 48 hours with freezer in the house before plugging it in. Then I left it plugged in for 48 hours to cool down. It got nice and cold just as I expected. Then I put in the film. It has been working fine since loading it up also. It is exactly what I expected as far as size and performance. Have to wait longterm to see if it holds up but it seems like a great product at a great price. No dents and appearance is great

The freezer looks nice, plastic protecting the freezer was very hard to remove especially at the edges. I couldn’t get the plastic off in the corner. The biggest problem is the delivery. The box is as delivered with a hit that looked like they dropped it. I was in the middle of taking off all the plastic when I noticed the big dent in the side. It wasted a good 30mins-hour. Now I may have to carry it down 3 flights of stairs and return it.

The mini freezer arrived, in the box from the manufacturer. It was very well packaged. It was removed from the box and inspected. Swapping the front door to the left side, was very easy. Removing the top door hinge cover, is illustrated in the manual. The screw hole plugs were swapped from left to right screw holes. This allowed the needed left screw holes, for the top hinge, to be exposed. Top and bottom hinges, each has two screws. After the door swap, the mini freezer was taken to its operating location. It has a sticker, on the front door, which says, let the freezer sit for 4hrs before plugging in. Due to having the freezer on its back, during the door swap. I let the freezer sit from 6pm until the following morning, 10am. It's very important to allow the freezer to sit, so any oil or refrigerant which has left the compressor, during transport, or being on its side, for any reason, has the opportunity to return to the compressor. If not, you risk damaging the compressor. The freezer was plugged in and the first thing I noticed was how quiet it operated. I placed a freezer thermometer at the bottom of freezer and left the house. When I arrived, two hours later, it was minus one. It appeared to me, it was quieter than when I left. I placed my hand on it and it was vibrating, it was on. At this point, I also noticed that the outside of the freezer felt warm. I'm not sure why. Over all, I'm happy with the purchase.
