I needed a basic microwave for myself, because I am the only regular user I just wanted something basic. Bought this one and had it for two weeks now, it's doing its job fine. It's the same price bracket as some digital microwaves in the supermarkets, if you want value for money, buy one of those. I specifically wanted a manual one with no programs and it does that fine, no complaints about heating up food really. Between this and the honeycomb white manual one from the same brand, this one has the better pattern in my opinion. Some reviews mentioned slippery dials and they are right. The machine was basically impossible to use out of the box with wet hands, the timer did not move at all. Even with dry hands it was a bit stiff. After two weeks of use I can recommend this microwave, eventually the dials became easier to turn, and I can use mine without any problems, the dial turns even if your hands are completely soaked. I like the microwave, but can't give a 5 star rating because of that one issue with it.

Looks lovely, works well, would've liked more wattage but it does the job, easy to use, easy to clean, neat, compact size, matches the kettle and toaster

Lovely items, brightens a really dark /small kitchen. Early days for reviewing as just delivered today. Only gripe was, I ordered toaster and kettle to and was disappointed to see black cord and plug on microwave and others are white

After a couple of years it developed a fault. It started failing to recognise when the door was properly closed, so it would not switch on. As a result, the door now has to be opened and closed several times before it starts working, which suggests the door contact has become faulty.

The item I received wasn’t as expected . However the customer service is brilliant and they helped with returning. Although I can’t comment on product as such , apart from it was a manufacturing issue and not the fault of the company . For this reason I feel the company deserves a good review for the handling of everything in a polite and professional way . Thank you
