I had actually hoped these would be slightly deeper so that I could use them for soup as well as salads, but they're a bit shallow for soup. They do well for individual salad bowls and that's what they were sold as, so I shouldn't have thought they'd double as soup bowls. They are a good size for what they are supposed to be used for - salad bowls. Thanks.

These are a great shape and size for addition to dish set where many preparations go better in a bowl than on a plate. My dishes are white and these are a bit less white but manufacturer explained it is because the materials are not bleached and product is natural earth Hopefully that is true, as they serve us well.

It was surprising to see how well these bowls are made. They are made of nice porcelain and have a nice white shiny glaze finish to them. So it is a just right size for salad, pasta, soup, rice, … anything from dry food to a liquid style of foods. The depth of the bowl is 1.5 inches and holds 8 oz. so, you can use this as a soup bowl as restaurants styles. It is easier to spoon out the food with this shape of the bowl. they look good on the table!.

Très joli produit pour la qualité et le prix. Les photos sous différents angles sont très utiles et correspondent parfaitement à notre souhait. C'est plus une assiette creuse qu'un bol. Ni trop creuse, ni plate. Dimension entre un bol et une grande assiette. Très satisfait du produit et du service Y YHY.
