These are squishy goodness. Glorious squishy goodness. Buy them immediately. Inserts are going back in so clearly I need more time with these bad boys but they are clearly made a positive difference very quickly

I have had pretty bad arch pain for about a year and figured I would give these a try. My thinking was that maybe it would help but I was pretty skeptical. I feel most of these things are just scam's made up to garner sales from folks in pain (ok, so I am very skeptical). First thing I noticed - the foot with the problem felt uncomfortable with these at first and my good foot did not. Pretty good sign I had some structural issues so I felt better about getting them. After a week the problem which had been there about a year went away -even after I removed the inserts. So I assumed I healed on my own and it just so happened to coincide with the use of the inserts so I stopped using them. Apparently I am not the sharpest knife in the draw - I just got back from playing tennis a week after stopping the use of them (no chance I could have done that before)with my newly healed feet and my arch is out and hurting. I thought the inserts were expensive - now I realize they are actually under priced for the benefit provided. I am fan of these jelly filled rolly things and want to get another pair.
