Cool Puppy Aluminet Shade Cloth Panels (7 x 12)

This is my 2nd one I have purchased. I love these for covering my van to help cut down on the heat when competing at dog sporting events. You really can tell a difference in the interior temperature when these are covering your vehicle.

It does a good job at providing shade. It has been used in some mild winds and seems to be sturdy. This had been one of the better shade tarps I have purchased.

We first saw these mesh panels at dog shows. We now have three in different sizes, which we use to provide shade and shelter at home, in the RV, and on dog enclosures. Mesh allows some air circulation and stops some wind without becoming a sail. Metallic material reflects heat and light. They are sturdy and well-made (in the USA, if I remember correctly).

It's been a hot summer, and I have used this as a cover for my car to keep the dogs and me cool at dog shows. It has worked quite well. Now if it could just keep the bugs off, too, it'l be perfect!

This stuff it AMAZING! I used it to cover my tent at Burning Man this year, in the direction of the morning sun, and it kept it so cool that I could actually sleep in WELL past when the heat would usually force me out (which is pretty early, all things considered). I've used regular shadecloth in the past and it works pretty well, but this stuff is remarkably better. It's really wonderful stuff to fight the sun.

I show my dogs in AKC herding trials which are only held outside and generally during the summer. Heat is always a concern because the dogs must stay in their crates in the car since other dogs are working stock. These shade cloth panels draped around your vehicle really reduce the heat and glare inside the crates. Add a portable fan, plenty of water and my dogs are quite comfortable in their crates. The panels fold up fairly small and are easily stowed. Highly recommended.

this cloth is great. Used it at an agility trial this weekend when the temperatures rose much higher than expected. It is light and easy to drape over your car, to hang from an easy up shade ten etc. Air passes through but the sun stays out. It lowers the temperature and lets the breeze passs through. My Aussie really appreciated it.

I've used a similar item at dog shows, but decided to buy one for the SUNNY side of my porch ... it's PERFECT. It provides shade and the air that comes through it cool. It's awesome.
