Who is this food made by and is it available elsewhere. I can not find it on sale elsewhere which makes me wonder how genuine it is

It is only available from Amazon and Ebay. It suits our dogs well due to low fat formula and prebiotics. We have Alaskan Malamutes with sensitive tummies. Another good brand is John Burns or Barking Heads fat dog slim...both available at Pets at Home.
