Are these gel capsules? I’m heading overseas and was told I can’t take gel capsules

are these better then rhino or more potent?

all of the studies made to debunk natural supplements were funded by big pharmaceutical companies in order to protect their own market for toxic drugs. There is a reason why I take Tribulus daily at age 80 (and have for over 40 years) and that is because it works. People who post "studies" should actually try the supplements before trashing them.
