Way to work it
These have been extremely good for getting our core to be a lot more active than a regular ab wheel does!

I feel it in the core of my soul
These look simple in the picture. They are basic in concept but really solid construction. Rolls super well. Definitely takes time to get use since it's individually done and then the strain on your core. I was sore for several days.

2 year update: My favorite exercise equipment
Update: I've had these now for over 2 years, and, alongside a jump rope and my own body weight and rock rings for pull-ups/hand and finger contact (grip) strength, these are some of my favorite all-time equipment. I travel with them, too, especially on long road trips they are great for winding down and getting rid of the side effects of long travel days or sedentary days in front of a computer. You are really limited by your creativity in how to use them: one or both, straight, angled, parallel, oblique, front, side, back. My core has never been stronger and more forgiving of my not-so-good posture and has also helped to improve my posture. They are in good shape. The foam has held up admirably. It has some permanent indents from my grip, but has yet to show signs of ripping. when it does, I'll probably just end up taping it. Bear in mind I'm only 130lbs so I'm not stressing these like a beefcake would. 0 regrets on the purchase. One word of caution with all of these ab rollers: Make sure you commit yourself to a core STRETCHING routine alongside the roller workout to keep everything balanced.--Original review:I got these for greater workout flexibility than a single 2-handed roller unit. I have a long ways to go before I can meaningfully use them as independent rollers. They are sturdy, but I am a small and light (130lb) frame. I can see the foam padding wearing off after a few years of use, but that is easy to replace if needed (or duct tape...)I think most people (myself included) would be more than satisfied with a single, 2-handed ab roller. But I have these now, they work for their intended purpose, and maybe some day my core strength will be great enough that the independent movement will be relevant to me.

SKLZ Core Wheels Are A Must Have For Any Home Gym. Great Product!
Traditional abdominal wheels have their place and purpose in training associated with any form of athletic endeavor, and I've tried out many such commercial products over the years. I became interested in the SKLZ Core Wheels product mainly because I wanted to try something new in my workout routine. When it comes to exercise regimens, I like to change things up, innovate, and experiment with different routines. Why not make things simultaneously fun and challenging? I believe new routines and exercises help to alleviate boredom and the inevitable monotony that comes from doing the same types of movements week after week, month after month, and year after year. The Core Wheels caught my eye because they represented a challenging way for me to address what I feel are fundamental weaknesses in my own core strength. Two independent wheels instead of one is the first challenge, although for safety reasons the wheels on each side move together rather than independently. This is a definite plus in my opinion. There are no ball bearings in these wheels, nevertheless, the movement is smooth and the wheels glide across any floor surface with no noticeable friction. There are numerous variations possible in traditional plank and push-up exercises and this is another positive attribute of the Core Wheels. I have yet to try many of them because I feel at this point in time my pillar/core strength isn't up to the challenge of doing many of the advance-level exercises. The wheels will not bulk you up or add any substantial muscle mass to those individuals whose primary focus is on bodybuilding; and yet ANY athlete can benefit from and develop substantial pillar strength(shoulders, torso, and hips) to help in their athletic endeavors, whatever they may be. I have found that my bench press and squat strength have increased substantially over the past 3 months, and I attribute this to the slight improvement I have made in lower back and shoulder strength while using the core wheels. At my age (50) injury prevention is of paramount importance, and the SKLZ Core Wheels seem to be the best 'insurance' out there on the market. Many types of injuries are avoidable and far less likely to happen when core muscle groups are routinely trained and strengthened. Studies among professional athletes have borne this out. I will never again neglect my abdominals or my lower back exercises. These sturdy, lightweight, Core Wheels are an excellent investment in your health. An ounce of prevention really is worth a pound of cure when you think about it. Another great thing about them is that they are only about 30 dollars! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nailed it!
This product is well thought out, high quality and works.Prepare to feel the burn, and have strength over wide range of motion. Real functional strength, not just single plane of motion gym strength. Think gymnast strength, aka dynamic, flexible and above all else powerful. This focusing on connected strength which is absolutely necessary to use functional strength. You want injury, work your body only with single plane strengthening excersices. You want a strong body capable of producing dynamic strength and developing power, use products like this. It's not just muscle strength, it's tendons and ligaments.. aka the pieces that hold you muscles to bones and muscles to other muscles. If they arnt trained.. prepare to break, and be injury prone. If you don't believe, try it. Get on you toes and do 30 full motion movements where you have to support every muscle in your body. If you've done nothing but single plan motion, I doubt you could do it at all.I've tried tons of "strengthing" equipment, but most fall short of producing the dynamic results of this product. If I was only allowed to pick 3 strengthing tools to use for the rest of my life, this hands down is in those 3. The other being kettle bell, and plyo box. It's rare for me to love a product so much, but when someone makes something this simple and efficient and just nails it, I have to give them credit.I personally wish they had a little mechanism to disconnect the tandem wheels motion for even for control, but I think I'll make do haha

Planning for the Gym to Close Down
Great. Just the ticket.Have been doing Ab rollouts with a barbell.Planning for limited access to barbells for a while - so this is part of my maintenance plan.Just a few sets in - a fan already.Do it!

Far more beneficial than they should be for the modest cost
A great addition to the gym. Infinitely better than a single ab wheel and inconceivable that their use will ever be anything other than challenging and beneficial. Very pleased!

Don't buy if you give up easily
Great for bodyweight training, easy to carry in a suitcase or bag. Go on YouTube for lots of video demonstrations, hard to use if you're new to training but worth the effort.
