Is there a way to hold it in place so that I can put him on my desk?

Hi - he does not come with a stand but will sit nicely on a desk or elsewhere unless he is turned on. If he is activated he rolls around. I do also have the smaller app-enabled version which comes with a stand and would fit perfectly on a desk. Thanks,April

Does this robot moves by itself?

Very disappointed. It moves a little by your voice, but expensive for what little it does. We may return Bb8.

Where can you find a list of the voice commands it responds to?

I need a list of voice commands too if there is one. We tried saying "go find Luke Skywalker" but it responded differently each time. Mode setting 2 is voice reactive and it does respond to human voice commands. The microphone is in the front.
