This stuff is amazing. The more patient you are, the better it works.

I have never used this product before but, I can only say that it works wonders!! I removed some old adhesive on my pickup truck because the old emblems fell off. I used this stuff to remove the gummy parts where the emblems were and it worked great. The only thing I did was spray some on the old adhesive parts, let it sit for about 5 minutes, and then, with a plastic scraper (highly recommended so that you will not scratch the paint) it started almost to peel off. This stuff works wonders!!

I recently replaced all the seals on all 6 of my 5th wheel slidouts. Doing this old school with alcohol and a plastic scraper is a PITA and a job I dreaded. My wife turned me on to this stuff. Apparently a distributer stopped by the RV dealseship she worked at and was peddling this stuff. She swore it worked great so what the He!!. Well spray it on and wipe everythig away just like that. I was shocked, Never have I seen anything work like this stuff. Hands down the best product i have used in years. The 1 and only caution is to make sure you get the residue off from this sturr before trying to adhere anything. I wiped the surfaces down twice with alcohol and made sure I was using clean rags to do so.

Purchased to help remove a clear-bra from my truck. Time was very hard on it, cracked and fractured and discolored. Using a hot hair dryer, plastic razor/scraper, and this product I got it off. However, this product, again using the plastic razor, wasn't able to remove all of the adhesive. I wound up resorting to Goof-off to remove the final residue. I guess that the clear-bra used a very strong industrial adhesive and after 20 years it became very stubborn. The positive is that the paint wasn't damaged by the products or the plastic razor.

Tried everything to get double-sided tape off of a garment. This 3M product really works and leaves the garment undamaged. Forget the goo. It's expensive but worth it.

If you have a 3M clear bra (paint protection film) on your vehicle, this will ABSOLUTELY remove it. I bought a used 2009 vehicle with the clear bra on the entire front, including hood and front fenders. I tried removing it in 2015 (about six years old). When removing the first piece from the fender, I was able to get it off with some muscle, but it left behind an entire layer of super sticky adhesive. WD-40 didn't work. Goo Gone didn't work Store bought adhesive remover didn't work (tried several kinds) Enter 3M General Purpose Adhesive Remover. Wow! After application, it emulsified the adhesive and made it instantly able to be scraped off - like magic. It still takes patience if you have a lot of adhesive to remove, and you will definitely want to buy a scraper with multiple blades (plastic obviously). But, if you are removing a clear bra yourself, you absolutely MUST buy this. Do it now.

This product is amazing! Tried several products to remove the residue on my the car to no avail. Goof off, goo gone, regular & professional strength. This is the only product thats worked. The residue left over after my girlfriend peeled off the clear protective film on the front fascia of the car was awful, & seemed impossible to remove without damaging the paint. This product from 3m made the adhesive residue melt right off. I used plastic razorblades to get the gunk off, but it could easily be wiped with a paper towel or something. Saved me having to pay a body shop to remove! Can't recommend enough.

If you’re looking to get that glue off from your old vinyl wrap on your car… you’ll be jealous you didn’t get this. It leaves a clean appearance. In the video I had already done half my hood due to its fast functionality and you can see the difference how quickly the scraper got the baked on adhesive off. I used about half the 15oz spray bottle. No leaking but evaporates quickly. A solid durable product that is worth its value per oz. Wash vehicle after use.

Very impressive! I had stickey black residue on my dashboard from an old gps mount that i couldn’t get off and this took it of in a heartbeat! I tried alot of solvents and other products but they failed.
