I am roughly 137 pounds. This was a bit big on me and I could have purchased a small. However, I like that I can move in this and will use it for workouts and just being at home. It secures my tummy perfectly and I can adjust the velcro waist band to my liking and security. I had my baby 2 years ago and didn't wear a waist trainer or corset, so I was left with some puffiness.
