They swim perfectly if you reel in slowly and back off a little to give the impression of it being hurt, so it will float up a little. If you reel it in too fast it goes right to the bottom and can get caught up on weeds and rocks.The 8 pounder that I caught almost broke my pole (it might have weighed more), it hit the lure so hard I thought that it was a huge weed that was moving. Then it ran. When I got it to the shore I was stunned at how big it was.Later that day I lost a couple good ones by not setting the hook well enough.The hooks are super sharp. The action is great. If there are fish in the area they will hit these. Just work the area from side to side.In one pic you can see the lure stuck in its mouth.I highly recommend these lures. You would have to be a fool not to buy them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went fishing for bass and crappies with two other ... *by L***L on July 17, 2018* I went fishing for bass and crappies with two other guys and while they were setting up hook and slip bobbers I starting casting by the weeds with the yellow lure. Right away I was catching bass and crappies! They wanted to use my lure too! So I gave them each one to try. We caught around 65 Large Bass,Crappies and Northern Pike in 3 hours just working the shore lines from a boat. ( we placed the smaller ones back in the lake) This lure WORKS at least in Minnesota. I will try it again in Lake Vermillion soon and give an Update. You cant lose for the price.
