I use them for psoriasis in my fingers... I am able to keep creams in place and allow them to soak in. Works excellently for that, and is way more economical than bandaids or what have you. Easy to clean. Extra thick, which is helpful as padding if you have any joint pain and still use your hands a lot anyway. I cut some down and left others. Would buy again.

These are great to protect your finger tips

I love the feel and function of these finger protectors, but I made the mistake of handling the newspaper with three of them on my fingers. The resulting black mess on the formerly pink protectors does not wash off, or even come off with rubbing alcohol, but it does easily transfer from the finger protectors to other surfaces somehow. The white surfaces on my Britta filter now have unremovable black smudges on them.

The 10 pieces came in 1 box with individual plastic packages of two. There are a total of 8 large and 2 smaller finger sleeves. I am assuming that the extra packaging is used to keep any unused pieces clean and to keep them from sticking to each other.I bought the extra large sleeves for my thumbs that always split in the winter. I wanted to wear them while I worked at my computer and while I slept. My thumbs are just under an inch wide. I was hoping that the extra large sleeves would be big enough. They are not. Initially, I was happy because the sleeves are very stretchy and unless you have your whole thumb greased up, they will stay on very well. Since I only needed lotion/petroleum jelly on the tip of my thumbs, the sleeves stayed in place as expected. The issue is that the stretch wanted to go back to its original shape. Though these are not like putting a rubber band on your finger, the constant squeeze was uncomfortable and I could only wear them for 5-10 minutes without having to take them off while using my computer. I figured that if I wore them while sleeping, I would not notice the squeeze, so I tried that over two nights. The compression made my fingernail hurt the next day and it was worse the second day. I have decide that these are not worth the discomfort since I can wear a band aid at night with no issues. I did try out some disposable finger cots that were extra large and they do not compress like these sleeves do. The issue with them is that they have a tendency to come off if I move under the covers.If you have fingers less than about 3/4 inch, then these might work well for you. Any fingers larger than that and you will feel discomfort.

My husband’s finger tips slit and crack open when he is wood working in his shop.I saw these and thought they would be perfect for his finger treatments at night.They are too bulky to actually work in, but are great to put a treatment on before bed and wear them at night.They have helped his finger tip cracking tremendously.

No where in the package nor leaflet says that the sleeves are made of Medical grade silicone. Pure LIES! It is probably made of TPE. Do not be fooled!

I recently was diagnosed with psoriasis in my thumb and finger. Tried to put medicine on with Saran Wrap or a band aid but very inconvenient and would not stay on very long. When saw these I figure might as well give them a try. They work out fantastic! Stay on very well and even sleep with them on. Very easy to get on and off. So glad found these by accident while shopping. Works perfect.

It works great for my thumb. They are pretty thick which makes them more protective. They work for cut dry fingers too. If you are not putting you hands in water.

Easy to get on and off. Comfortable and almost forget you have it on. Since I have not used for long, have no idea right now how long they will last.
