I was brought into this from one of my best girlfriends. I really didn’t take it seriously, but bought them anyway to try it out. Game changer. I’m calmer. More focused. I’m also sleeping better. I’m doing other things in addition to the supplement ... but it’s helping. Highly recommended.

I've been using Further Food's Ashwagandha for about two months now, and I've already noticed a bit of a difference in my stress levels. Despite the fact that it's been a particularly stressful time in the world right now with COVID-19, I don't get as stressed as easily. I know I can trust Further Food's quality standards and ingredients, as I've been using their other products for years. I also believe that taking this in conjunction with evening primrose oil capsules has helped balance my hormones and diminish cystic acne. Would recommend!

I got this to help with anxiety and stress. This is much stronger than I expected and it actually works rather well. It definitely seems like a more natural alternative to prescription meds. I'm halfway through the first bottle and I already feel that it's helped with my stress level. I'll but it again.

This knocked the lights out of me! I had to start splitting the capsule in two as the dosage is TOO much. I become extremely drowsy within 5 minutes of taking it. For some, it makes them alert, but for others, like myself, it's great for when I have difficulty falling asleep. Not sure about the other benefits.

I'm a very anxious person and I deal with stress poorly (and so does my body). I pack up a lot of tension. I noticed that when I started taking this product, I've been sleeping better and longer. And I actually feel rested, which was rare for me before. The capsule goes down easy, too. Sometimes I take it during breakfast, other times I take it closer to bed time. Either way, great for my nerves!!

I have only been taking this product for a few weeks but so far it’s been great! They are a little large but not too big and with it being in a capsule it is easy to swallow. I’ve had multiple people recommend Ashwagandha as a natural anxiety aid and I’m so glad I chose this company for their great organic ingredients. I was so happy to see they add pepper and avo. oil for full absorption! Highly recommend

I have been taking these 2 times a day for anxiety for a couple of months and as of this writing do not feel any improvement. I will try for another month or two before I give up, I know these supplements take time.
