Nice product, soft mild flavor
I make cheese and yuzu Danish like treat using this product. It's delicious. If you haven't tried it yet, yuzu tastes like a mellow lemon flavor with a hint of tangerine. Great on scones, toast, crumpets.

Yummy! See My Usage Tips!
Reviewed Item: Yuzu Marmalade from Yakami Orchard Retail Price: $19.99 Percentage Off: 0% My Purchase Price: $19.99 Subscription Price: $19.99 My Purchase Date: 11/25/23 Since I started my subscription, the Yakami Orchard now offers a 5% discount for your first subscription order. The Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade is a mix of very sweet with a bite of the sour that comes with Yuzu. It is true to flavor when making Marmalade, having generous sized bits of yuzu with the rind itself in it. The rind is softened through making the marmalade process and tastes great. PRO TIP: I love using the Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade in several different ways. For a whole chicken or chicken breaststroke or thighs: melt over low heat a few tablespoons blended with water. Feel free to add a tablespoon of honey. Bake the chicken and brush it several times as it cooks. With boned in chicken, bake at 375°F. Use a thermometer and check internal temperature to insure it reaches 165°F. You can also add it to your dredging mix for fried chicken. This also tastes great on pork. Give it a try. For totally yummy bagels: Bring cream cheese to room temperature. There is no need to buy the already spreadable (and overpay) if you allow regular cream cheese come to room temperature for 45 minutes. I use 4 ounces (half the brick) and add a heaping tablespoon of the Yuzu Marmalade to the cream cheese. Blend well with your hand held blender or with your KitchenAid. Store in an airtight container and use on bagels or toast. You can also add to your charcuterie board and allow your guests to add to a wide array of crackers, other fruit or vegetables. You'll be the hit of any party! I have the Yuzu Marmalade from Yakami Orchard on subscription. For multiple jar orders there is a 6% discount. So good!
Such a great addition to my jam repertoire! My new favorite breakfast: toast a slice of sourdough, add a thin layer of almond butter, then a layer of greek yogurt, now gentle dollap the Yuzu marmalade, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and not only is gorgeous, it tastes like a semi healthy danish that is ready in 5 minutes! Only drawback, you can blow through this little jar quickly....so buy two!

Fascinating Fruit; Sweet Jell holds Bitter Peels
This is a fascinating marmalade. The fruit is definitely a citrus yet nothing I've had before. The 'jelly' part of the marmalade is sweet - probably too sweet for those who love the bitter-peel marmalades. I like sweeter marmalades so I'm happy with that aspect. After the initial sweet taste on the tongue & unique citrus flavor of the fruit, I was caught off guard then intrigued by the bite of a thicker-cut bitter peel. I've tried & enjoyed (altho not as much) bitter-peel marmalades - this is right in-line with those. So something for everyone! However, those who hate sweet marmalades or bitter-peels probably won't be as intrigued by this marmalade as I am. Its expensive - no question about that. I love new & unique things & rarely indulge - so it was worth it!

Yuzu for the win!!
Absolutely delicious! Forget raspberry or blueberry preserves with soft cheese - use this instead! Such a wonderful treat. Love the full pieces of yuzu rind in it. Highly recommend. I’ve bought at least 6 jars by now.
