Lowa Men's Tempest Vent Hiking Shoe

My first pair of Lowas, and I am quite impressed. They are a bit narrow as other people have said, but the quality is excellent and they didn't need any break-in. I can wear them all day, but the narrowness does make it a bit uncomfortable if I've been standing for hours on end.I did also notice that the sole of the shoe seems to push into the ball of my right foot a bit (but the left is fine). I figure this will even out the more I wear them.They are the "vent" version, but they are still quite warm. So if it's really hot out, you'd be better with a mesh shoe. These are good in most weather conditions, however.

They add spring to my steps and, at my age, I need all the extra spring I can get. They look warm but they are not so bad even in August.I have not worn them long enough to comment on the arch support, but they fit well. I think they are a good buy for this brand. I would buy them again.

Great shoe like most Lowa's and I have 6 pair, but toe box on this pair is more constricted.very light shoe.

Fabulous shoes. Exactly what I wanted. Very well built and flexible. Wore them like many reviewers right out of the box. 4 mile hike with no issues. I have wide feet so I bought up 1/2 size. Worked well.

Great shoes, have been wearing Lowa shoes for years and they're a very reliable shoe.

Great shoes. I'm very picky but these work well. They are as nice as asolo,keen,Merrell ect.

Very well made, comfortable shoes. Not much more to say. I would get them again.
