This item was even more beautiful than the photos, I changed the necklace to a longer one and a bit thicker as the one that came with it seem quite delicate. Very impressed with my purchase.

I love it, it's perfect and exactly what I wa looking for, one thing though the chain is very thin so may break easily other than that great value and quality

It's not too light so you can always feel it's still on you which is quite comforting. Was easy to put ashes in the vile using tools provided.

It's a good product, but don't expect to be able to use the tool that comes with it to get the ashes in.

On the surface it looks pretty, but it was sold to me as sterling silver and it isnt. Already the plating is wearing off after a month because being memorial jewellery obviously I want to wear it all the time. Disappointed.
