I have not used it yet but it looks right fine on my kitchen counter!! Lots of extra blades and instructions to make it easy to use!! Video available to view on line I made curly fries with it. I made curly fries with it best ever I make them a lot now I just keep the peeler going and it gives just the right size and then I deep fry. It’s like string potatoes but better. I love this little machine. Thanks for talking me into getting one. The price would definitely great for what I’m using it for.

This concept is great, unfortunately this item fell flat. The design needs a lot of work. It would peel an apple and then you have to remove the blade and clean it out for the next one. It also peel and irregular depth and you loose a lot of product. It was a real pain. I wanted it to work so bad, I am returning it.

No more cramping hands and losing half of what you’re peeling because you are an awful peeler like me. This thing is so easy to use!! You just press the bottom of what your peeling (we’ll call it a potato) down onto the bottom clamp, clamp the top holder thingy onto said potato to hold it secure. Then, you adjust the blade arm to start at the top of your potato and press the button. And voila! You just watch as your potato gets peel perfectly as the blade moves down the potato as it rotates making one long spirally peeling. My niece loves to use it because she thinks it’s fun to use and she likes the spiral peel. Does this mean I can remind her when she gets older that I taught her to peel potatoes? Not so sure that equates to how my grandma showed me with a knife in her kitchen. Wish I could’ve bought her one of these! Sure makes life easier when you’re making that huge pot of potato soup. Now I’m hungry and need food...and you need to add this bad boy to your cart. You won’t be disappointed!

Does well with normally formed potatoes, but has a little bit of a problem with irregular shaped potatoes. All in all it saves time.

Works well for a while. After peeling 5 potatoes this item broke and I feel like I wasted my money.

There has always been one thing I hated about cooking certain dishes, PEELING POTATOES! Not anymore, I am in love with this machine. The Rapid Peeler does just that. Rapid peeling of all size potatoes (almost all size). Making mashed, cubed for stew, potato salad, and any dish requiring a peeled potato. Once you get used to how to get started, you are on your way. I used to take 30-45 minutes to peel a few potatoes. I knocked out 10-15 medium to large size potatoes in about 7-10 minutes including clean-up. No more searching for potato peels that got away from you and cleaning the sink out to make sure none go down the drain and clog it up. In between potatoes you grab the one-piece peel and toss it in the trash. Best kitchen tool I have purchased in a long time. You won't be disappointed. Ther is a size limitation (I mean small potatoes) but other than that it works as advertised.

We have used 2 of these in a period of over 10 years and wore them out. Now after multiple purchases replacements.... they just don't work anymore. It does not peel more than 80% of the potato skin.

Great idea ruined by cheap work. Power button pops off easily. Blades peel about 2 potatoes before having to change them. Then blades of u can call it that breaks off because of tiny cheap plastic parts. I would not buy this again but am looking for a well built one because it is a real time saver if it works well.

works ok. disapointed that the spikes to centre tge produce are plastic and not very sharp. otherwise good item. oh n nephew now loves peeling potatoes

Tiene para corriente eléctrica, pero solo funciona con pilas. Pela exclusivamente manzanas. Las papas se atora en cada ojillo y con las naranjas se atasca hay que limpiar la cuchilla cada centímetro O sea no ganas tiempo, lo pierdes.

As I have turned more mature in age and hard to use my hands because of arthritis I find this very helpful.You still have to peel very top and bottom but if you have a larger group to feed it is a very handy device. I bout the one with extra blades so I didnt havent to order too often. Still have lots to practice on but so far I am 100% happy.
