Midline Tubular Stockinettes are versatile and of good quality
purchased the Medline Non-Sterile Tubular Stockinettes to cover my pet's surgery area on his neck, as the hospital only sent one home for post-surgery care. Fortunately, they no longer send pets home with cones, which is a positive change. Although I didn’t need such a large bundle, I bought it anyway because I needed to change his stockinette regularly. It worked perfectly for this purpose. Additionally, I was advised to apply a warm compress if his incision area swelled. When it did, I bought hot/cold compresses from Amazon. Initially, I used a washcloth between his tender skin and the compress, but it kept falling off. The Tubular Stockinette worked perfectly as a cover, functioning like a pillowcase around the compress. I didn’t realize how versatile these stockinettes are until now. Initially, I bought them to cover my pet’s neck after surgery to keep the wound clean and prevent him from scratching. I knew they could be useful in my first aid kit for covering arms, casts, wounds, etc. However, I discovered they also work wonderfully as covers for hot/cold compresses when used on sensitive skin. Overall, these stockinettes have proven to be incredibly handy and versatile and of good quality. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Comfortable non-itchy material
Exactly what I was looking for. Couldn’t seem to find this stuff at any first aid store. My physical therapist told me what it was called and this is a great bargain for a big roll Works perfectly on my wrist while wearing my splint👌👍

Great cover material for soft cervical collar
Thin, stretchy, trimmable cover that I’m using for my cervical collars. I looked at “dust covers” for my cervical collars. Many are available, and are a bit thicker than this material. The thing is, I don’t need thick. I need to protect my soft cervical collars from dirt or sweat. This is perfect for the soft cervical collars. If you compare prices, you’ll realize that this will last for much, much longer than the covers that claim to protect soft cervical collars. You can use for a bit and toss, or just clean gently and reuse.

Convenient, Good Value
I broke both ankles and needed stockinettes to cover surgical bandages while in CAM boots and braces while recuperating. This roll was convenient as I could cut off whatever length I needed. I was also able to machine wash/dry the stockinettes several times with no problem, so a roll could last a long time. (Of course, you don't need to launder them if you don't want to, and you'd still have plenty left.) The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the material is very stretchy. In my case, this meant the stockinettes moved around, bunched up, rolled down, etc., which was annoying and uncomfortable. It would have helped somewhat if I'd sewn the toes shut, but I was staying with a relative and didn't have easy access to sewing materials even if I felt like bothering (which I didn't). All in all, this roll was convenient, nice quality, and good value, but shy of excellent. I'd still recommend it with a caveat.

I did a better job than the actual Doctor go figure...
I purchased this product to apply a synthetic cast to a friend's hand. She punched a wall which resulted in her having a boxers fracture to her pinky knuckle. The photos show the plaster cast that was put on by an actual doctor at a nearby Urgent Care Clinic (too bad I can't review his work on Amazon lol) and the second pic is the synthetic cast I applied for her. No I am NOT a doctor, nurse, physicians assistant or any type of medical professional. Just someone that knows how to watch a YouTube video and wanted to help a friend out. Back to the product (sorry)... Anyway, this cast stocking was perfect. It wasn't too flexible but flexible enough as to not put too much pressure on the hand while casted. I chose to use some organic moleskin attached to the cotton undercast padding and wrap that around her bare skin first before applying the cast stocking over her hand. I did this to have a way to draw any moister that may get into the cast and/or between it and her hand away from her skin and reduce the potential for a fungal or bacterial infection on/in the skin. The cast stocking still fit nicely and not to snug over her hand even with the Undercast padding and moleskin. I'm sure this stuff has many other useful purposes but I used it for its intended purpose and was please with its quality and ease of use. My only suggestion would be that the box have a way to allow the cast stocking to be pulled out and cut without having to remove the entire roll. In closing I want to say that I do not recommend other ppl trying this. I had her sign a statement that I did not charge her to cast her hand and that if anything went wrong she would not sue me or hold me accountable in any way. She's a close friend and honestly, I don't think anyone could've done a worse job than the doctor at the urgent care clinic did. Yes his is the PLASTER cast and mine was the blue fiberglass cast.

Must have
If you've got a bandage on your arm or on your leg in a place that it's going to get Disturbed then these are a must have. You slide this over the bandage and use a piece of tape at the top and bottom to keep it in place, and it works great....

Thin, slides and bunches.
Purchased to line from foot to knee in post op cast boot. It is thin and slides and bunches, even when attempting to leave enough length for folding over the top of boot and over the toe part of boot. 4" is appropriate for lower extremity care. Perhaps 3" would have been better, given the slide bunch factor.

Nice for customizing for your rolling pin
I bought this for our Lefse Fest. It was great to be able to cut a length to perfectly fit a variety of rolling pins.

Great option
I've been using this after breaking my ankle and having surgery. It's really nice to use these around the house in my air cast rather than the tube socks, since it's a lighter material. They're not quite as snug to start as the ones I got from the hospital and seem to stretch out a bit faster, but I have no regrets purchasing this and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect underneath a brace
This roll contains enough to last the rest of my life I’m sure but it is ideal to cover my arm underneath a wrist brace. Snug enough that it doesn’t wrinkle except where my skin does with the compression. Very easily cut to length with scissors. The knit doesn’t run when cut it’s equally easy to snip a little hole for the thumb. Slips onto the wrist very smoothly. Very comfortable. Absorbs perspiration, which the synthetic brace does not. I cut it long enough so I can roll it back down over most of the brace. This helps keep the brace itself clean a little longer. It also keeps the straps from catching on anything and from constantly picking up lint that can interfere with the sticking power of hook ‘n loop tape. Not sure it would stretch enough to use on my legs but I only need it for the wrist. Very pleased with the product.

Méchant gros rouleau.
Méga rouleau. J’aurais dû prendre un pouce plus large. Mais c’était difficile à évaluer car ça s’étire quand même beaucoup. Je l’utilise tout de même comme doublure sous une botte orthopédique.
