For years, severe iron deficiency anemia meant constant transfusions, infusions, and prescription pills that made me incredibly sick with terrible stomach issues. Switching to these gummies completely changed things. My iron levels stay high, and I haven't needed an infusion in a long time! Even my hematologist confirmed the iron content is excellent. Unlike other iron supplements, these taste amazing and have absolutely zero "rusty penny" or blood-like aftertaste. Great taste

My iron tends to drop for some mysterious reason and this is what I take to keep my levels steady. Pills make me sick and feel like crap but these don't give me any side effects at all. My only complaint and I'm not sure if this is an issue with all Iron Gummies or not, is that they stick to themselves and are really chewy, like they stick to my teeth sometimes. They do the job though and keep my iron where it should be!

Rating is 5 stars because they work in raising iron levels. I’m a regular O- blood donor and my iron would sometimes be too low to donate. Once I started taking these, my levels have consistently increased by 2 grams. So far, I’ve purchased them 4 times. They do taste funky so I take them prior to other gummies to mask the flavor. They do stick together, but I store them upside down and they dispense easily that way. Additionally, I’ve never experienced any nausea. I will continue to purchase these!

I struggle with anemia and should be taking different pills but they hurt my stomach, cause constipation, and taste like a mouthful of blood for hours after I swallow them. These gummies aren't very grape tasting, the texture is a bit different than a traditional gummy, and there is a slight blood taste while chewing. I still recommend these 100%. The aftertaste is gone within a minute of chewing them, and I have none of the side effects of other formulations. It may not be ideal for some but so much better than anything else I've tried so I'm sticking with them.

There is still an aftertaste of iron which tastes like blood to me. It takes a few minutes to go away. These gummies were worth a try and I’m not highly disappointed. I’ve been feeling a little bit more energy in me to the point where I can stand up longer without feeling faint. If I get used to the aftertaste, I wouldn’t mind giving these another try.

I ordered these for a my teenager, as she was low on iron. I started taking for myself as well. They have a good flavor with a tiny bit of iron supplement taste. The texture is different than a vitamin gummy but palatable. Overall I’m glad I found this alternative to iron pills. My teen is no longer having dizziness related to low iron, and I personally feel stronger and more energized. I am a grandparent raising grandchildren so the extra boost in has been fabulous!

I’ve been taking these for two years. I’m not sure why people say they have a metallic or blood aftertaste. I don’t find that at all. There’s not that much iron in them to cause that! I think they’re great.
