48 around waisted with them thickk thighs and it fits!
I'm 48 around the waist with thick thighs and this product fits me just about right. It's seems just a tad bit tight on my leg altho that's kinda of the point but it does give me some concern of how long the velcro straps will last since they just about reach. I have to move and crouch alot through the day, so I worry that it may unstrap while I have it on which can be a very annoying experience, luckily its 3 separate velcro straps so it lowers that possibility. I would definitely recommend this for someone a bit smaller than me like 46 then I would say you have the perfect product. It did fit me tho and has pretty good grip. The product actually helped my upper thigh shocks and hip pain which was very surprising and exciting. It was instant relief and made my walk a lot more firm and 90% less painful. The sleek design allows it to be worn under clothes. I will say that after about 2 to 3 hours you do tend to feel bothered. Its like wearing headphones for too long. You just want to take it off for a good while. Very good if your at work. You can just hop in the bathroom real quick and put it on or take it off and then throw it in a bag. The instant relief is actually really noticable. It puts a smile on my face every time lol.

A miracle
I tore my hamstring ten years ago rollerblading. Since then, every year or two I manage to tweak it and limp for a week. This latest tweak (lifting bags of soil with legs not back like I'm supposed to) I was two days in, and got this. I've been walking with no problem now. Occasionally can feel that it is sore and it should be hurting when I walk, but the leg just works.

No pain relief
Good quality, design was okay, didn’t help with pain. No pain relief. Was a little difficult to walk with, due to it tugging on waist .

Not for severe pain or heavy support needs.
It fits well, but is bulky to wear under clothes. I don’t like my braces to be visible so I wear mine under my clothes. The material leaves bumps that get itchy after removing. Stabilization is light, and it can be difficult to get it in the right spot to help relieve my hip and sciatica pain. It slips easily and often has to be readjusted. Overall decent for light support and some pain relief.

Great assistance.
I have both a groin strain and arthritis in my hip but I still need to do things aroun the house and yard. This brace greatly helps reduce the pain and allow me to do what is needed. Very easy to put on and comfortable.

Velcro Gives Out Quickly
At first I was excited about the brace, because it did help with the tendinitis and muscle problems I was having (due to needing hip replacement and not getting it. But it is poor quality and became useless (velcro won't stay attached after only two months of use.) Frustratingly, that doesn't stop it from sticking to stuff it shouldn't, like the other straps which constantly tangle together.Starting with the waist attachment, it has a long width, which is good if one is heavier, but otherwise it ends up having to pull tight way off to the side by ones hip-and this puts undo pressure on one side (instead of even pressure like a front tightening would do. This unbalance is causing me to have lower back pain, which I didn't have before. This part was the first to go bad/not stick rendering is useless.Moving to the thigh straps, the upper most one can be hard to grasp (if you have lower back problems or can't lean forward very well.) It tends to compress/wrinkle so that it doesn't provide a flat, comfortable/even pressure and this one is what helps with abductor tendonitis. (That is the big tendon that allows your leg to move in/out up/down and attaches up by the hip/inner groin area) so when there is a lot of "groin pain" the docs dismiss the tendon and muscles, and tell you "hip needs replaced." And that may be true and why the tendon and muscles are getting strained in the first place. However, as someone who has two bad hips, on the one that is the least bad, the tendon/muscle is what hurts so bad I can no longer walk my dog or work in the garden, so I thought I'd try a support. The middle strap is shorter than the other two-right where most people have thicker thighs. That point is a crucial need-good- pressure if one is having muscle problems. Over-all I think all the straps should be a bit wider. But again, after only a few months they won't stay attached where they are supposed to. They do love to all stick together, making it a struggle to wrap around the leg.Lastly, I thought I wouldn't mind the black color, but it attracts a lot of hair and lint, and starts looking bad pretty quick. It is adding heat /seems hot, now that summer is here too. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this brace for the reasons mentioned.
