Allow me to preface this review by saying that this is the second 'bath tub' that I purchased for my baby on Amazon. The first was the Safety 1st Deluxe Infant-to-Toddler Tub, White. I was attracted to the price, and neglected to read the reviews. I had nothing but issues with my baby sliding all over in the tub, as the notch designed to keep him propped up was pretty much useless. Once I experienced the problems and inconvenience of constantly having to keep a hand on him to prevent him from fully submerging in the water, I knew that I couldn't keep using that tub. After hours of searching and reading reviews, I took a gamble on this product. Some reviews were great, others not so great... and for the price I was nervous.I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised at how much both my son and I love this product. I love bathing him in the sink, it's super convenient. No bending over, and clean-up is a snap. With the other tub, I had to use it on the floor of my apartment due to space restrictions, and the fact that it was entirely too large to safely place on my sink (to no fault of the product, but still a pain after having a baby) and bath time was always very awkward. The Blooming Bath fits perfectly in my double bowl kitchen sink. My son reclines comfortably on one of the petals while I bathe him. At one month old, he was actually smiling and splashing in the water... an experience he never had in the Safety 1st Deluxe Infant-to-Toddler Tub. I was able to lather him up with both hands, instead of using one hand to wash, and the other to keep him from slipping and sliding. Bath time was a pleasant experience for both of us.Clean up apparently isn't as difficult for me as it has been for some others who have posted reviews. I simply fold in the petals and compress the flower down a few times while it's still in the sink to push the water out. Then I hook a hanger through the hoop in the back and hang it in my shower. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was fully expecting this item to be unbearably heavy, but for me it wasn't an issue. I was able to easily lift it, even after having a C-Section. You can also put it in the spin cycle of your washing machine, then dry it on low heat. I look forward to using it as a cushion in my tub once my baby outgrows the sink.I would give this product 10 stars if I could. Totally worth the price.

I love this flower!! It fits great in the sink and lays great on the shower floor. It’s super stable and doesn’t have a funky smell out of the box so I wasn’t hesitant to wash it and lay my baby on/in it. It’s super padded and super soft and comfortable. So worth buying.

I love giving my babes baths in the sink but when they are tiny isn’t the safest until I used this cute flower pillow. We have a large one hole sink so I really needed the flower pillow to help with making the sink smaller. I laid it inside the sink and was able to rest my baby on the flower while propping up her head with my hand. The pillow is soft to the touch and dried quickly. I would recommend this to parents who choose to bath their babies in the sink.

It served it’s purpose but it didn’t hold up for very long

I liked this product. It worked very well for my granddaughter when she was little very happy very soft. And very convenient for all of us old people with back problems works great in the kitchen sink.

Game changer. We tried a regular baby bath (with an infant sling) first and my daughter HATED it. She screamed and screamed. Plus, I was so paranoid she'd slide right out of that sling because no matter how hard I tried, it would lean. Giving her a bath in that thing was always a two person job. We ordered this to have on hand just in case we didn't like the regular bath, and one fine Saturday morning when my husband was out mowing the yard... I was bombarded all the way down my front with projectile spit up. We were both covered in it as I stood in my dining room momentarily paralyzed with fear wondering how I'd handle giving her a bath alone. And then... I remembered the flower. In that moment, I couldn't have been more thankful I'd decided to order this thing to have just in case. One handed, I opened the bag, took off the tags, tossed it in the sink and it changed bath time as we knew it. My baby feels SO much more secure in this thing and she hasn't cried in it ONCE (we've been using it for two months now). Had I known how much more she would like this, how much more secure I would feel giving her a bath in this, and how much it would save my back... I wouldn't have even wasted my time starting with a regular tub. She now likes bath time so much, we give her one every night before bed. This flower is worth every single penny and then some.
