Excellent sugar for cooking and cold cereal Less processed, a healthier sweetener Baked goods have a richer color because succant is a light brown Recommended in Ayurveda as a sugar. Now makes excellent products. This is a finer ground sugar than other manufacturers

Best tasting
Best tasting Sucanat sugar! Especially when making ice cream. Other brands tend to have a slightly different taste and texture.

That's the stuff
Yup, that's sucanat. Basically a semi-molasses medium dark sugar that was very popular during the Great Depression. Great in coffee, and makes really nice sugar cookies. Also very good in soups that call for a little sugar but have an earthy flavor. Doesn't cake as much as dark brown sugar (which I love, but turns into a brick). Can be cut with sucralose or erythritol if you're counting calories, and has a more balanced flavor for this purpose than white sugar, IMHO. Glad to see this stuff making a comeback; a lot of classic recipes work much better with it.

Excellent white sugar substitute.
Bought this to replace normal white sugar from the store. Has a slight taste similar to brown sugar but has been a great substitute for our family.

Great taste
This is a great tasting sugar! We use it in place of white sugar and it adds sweetness and depth. I did make margaritas with this sugar as a sweetener and the color was more amber (similar what you’d imagine brown sugar doing) but they tasted great!

Unrefined sugar cane...it's good!
This was recommended for my baking needs...and I really like it. I grind half the bag for recipes, but I also like the texture in the bakes using the Sucanat right out of the bag. Yum!

Oh yeeaaah! So FLAVORFUL! More healthy, More expensive 😜 But damn good. 1st bought for my plant experiment over 15 years ago but I tried it and Oh, Boy! I fell in love. Won't hurt ya teeth either.
