- Assembly: unfold the legs of the base and place the unit onto the ground. Line up the arrow on the oval to the corresponding arrow on the leg, and insert the pegs of the oval into the legs. Insert the drawstring trash bag into the unit, pull the edges of the bag over the oval, and tie the drawstring tape around the legs to secure the bag to the unit. Disassembly: put foot onto the center of the base, and pull each peg of the oval up and away from each leg.
