Kérastase Genesis Hair Serum, For Weakened Hair Prone to Hair Loss, With Ginger Root & Edelweiss Flower

My starting point: - long-term commitment to Kerastase - I guess that’s why I’ve seen no ads and basically stumbled upon this serum during regular eyeballing of Kerastase catalogue. So I didn’t get any hype - I’m 31F with slightly highlighted fine blond hair and reactive scalp, that is healthy in remission and flaky/oily during flare-ups - after losing a lot of weight and a terrible long flu with 2 courses of antibiotics, I went into telogenic phase. I had my hands full of hair after every wash and actually had to unblock the drain. My scalp was itchy and flaky, my lengths were damaged and electrostatic, roots wouldn’t keep volume for more than a day - I tried everything: minoxidil, castor oil, scalp massage with a silicon brush, peelings, masks - you name it. It did slow the hair loss, but I still struggled Found this serum, and it’s day 10 of the course. Serum: - smell intensity: 8/10; some might find it very intense and I get it. For me it smells of an expensive aftershave and it doesn’t bother me much since I enjoy unisex perfume - texture: 10/10; thick serum that is very easy to measure and apply. You have enough time to distribute it before it goes dry, and the best part is that it actually doesn’t leave any residue and can even add a bit of volume. During first application I felt tingling for a short period - likely due to irritated scalp. Staring with second day, no more tingling - value for money: 10/10, but it’s tricky. If you apply it per instructions, one bottle will last about 2 weeks. That’s 1/3 of required 6 weeks, so you can easily multiply the cost by 3. At the same time, this serum turned out to be super efficient for me, and it very well justifies the cost. I’ve spent more time and money, trying other treatments - ease of application: 8/10. Instructions are clear, the applicator is sturdy and intuitive. It’s easy to measure and apply directly onto the scalp. You may need to adjust the quantity since the instruction says 3-4 doses (which is a lot) and if you are smart you can get it down to 2.5-3. Efficiency: I don’t usually review products halfway, but I’m so impressed with this serum already, so I couldn’t wait to share it. I notice no to very little hair fall. It’s even less than I normally have. Almost no hairfall during washing. My scalp went calm after the very first application and no more itching or flaking ever since. My hair holds volume. So overall I’m super impressed and this serum is exactly what I needed given my background

Great product! This hair serum smells amazing, feels lightweight, and has definitely reduced my hair fall. My hair feels stronger, smoother, and healthier without being greasy. Really impressed with the results and will definitely be purchasing again even though its pricey it lasts along time.

This is a standout hair serum highly effective and worth every penny. My hair has never looked better!

Great product and competitively priced at the time of purchase at just under £32 for the 90ml! Hair fall is much less and feels and looks healthier and thicker

Oh, how I wanted to love this product! I did everything right - patiently used 2 bottles, applied the right amount religiously and waited to see the results, as per so many positive comments. Unfortunately, there were none. Absolutely nothing has changed. I would also add that if you follow the instructions and use 4 pipettes (up to the line) on daily basis, it is impossible for the bottle to last as long as promoted. With all that, I am sadly resuming my search for ‘The’ hair growth serum.

Tengo problemas de caída de pelo por estrés desde hace bastante tiempo, y este año lo he notado especialmente en otoño; porque se ha unido la caída estacional. Uno de los productos que siempre me ha funcionado ha sido este sérum; de hecho, es la 4.ª vez que lo compro, y en este caso no ha sido una excepción; me frena la caída del pelo y lo fortalece. El cosmético se presenta en una caja de color rosa de la línea Génesis de Kerastase, con un leve precinto, e incluye información sobre los ingredientes y características del producto. Entre los ingredientes que aparecen, vemos minexil 1,5% que facilita el anclaje del pelo; raíz de jengibre, que protege de agresiones externas; y cafeína, que mejora la microcirculación del cuero cabelludo. El envase es de cristal transparente que deja ver su contenido, de leve tono rosado, con un dosificador en forma de gotero, que facilita su aplicación en el cuero cabelludo sin desperdiciar el sérum. El cosmético capilar es poco denso, con un aroma cítrico agradable. Su aplicación es sencilla; hay que aplicar 4 dosis de la pipeta del dosificador, abriendo líneas en el cuero cabelludo seco o húmedo secado con toalla, 1 vez al día, insistiendo especialmente en las zonas donde tienes más caída del pelo, y después no hay que lavarse el pelo, para dejar que el producto haga efecto. En mi caso, aunque este sérum no ensucia el pelo ni lo apelmaza, prefiero aplicármelo por la noche y dejarlo actuar hasta el día siguiente. No he notado ningún problema de picor, descamación o enrojecimiento del cuero cabelludo. Apreciando muy buenos resultados a nivel de pelo más fuerte, con más brillo y mejor aspecto y, sobre todo, con mucha menos caída. Para mí se ha convertido en un cosmético imprescindible para mi pelo dos o tres veces al año.

Esse serum é maravilhoso, fácil de aplicar e é verdadeiro. Pra quem está com queda ou cabelo enfraquecido e fino ele é ótimo ! Um poderoso fortalecedor e antiqueda
