Really works. Made six pack more defined after very use of two weeks. Not painful

Why the contradictory title? Well, for most average people, you probably shouldn't buy this. Most of us can hardly skip a single meal in an entire year, let alone stick to a calorie deficit for months at a time. Because for this to work, you need to be in a calorie deficit. Think about it, if you're providing a mechanism for the fat to be burned off easier, but you're eating in a surplus, you're not going to burn that fat off, you're just going to be gaining MORE FAT. You also need to apply this stuff twice a day for several weeks at a time to see any benefit. Hardly the timeline most people that want a quick fix are willing to stick to. Also, you're probably not allergic to it, it's not giving you a rash, it's not not giving you a chemical burn... this is a thermogenic lotion. That is the entire point of the product, it heats up your skin, most likely your skin will turn red... the product is working. The effect is temporary, maybe the heat sensation is 10-20 minutes, and the redder skin maybe 10-90 minutes. It is dark grey/black in color, but rubs on clear. In about 5 minutes after applying, you will feel your skin heat up, that's normal. Redder skin is also normal. I've used this lotion since about 2024 (not every month, just when it's cutting season and you're trying to get a slight edge. So this is my third year using it. Be careful you don't get this around your eyes, nose, and mouth. You'll be fine but just avoid it in the first place, apply all of your other body lotions, face lotions, deodorant FIRST after the shower, and apply this last, and then wash your hands immediately. I would recommend that you don't even start applying it until you're around 15-17% bodyfat if you're a guy, and maybe around 20-22% bodyfat if you're a woman. If you think you're at these levels, you're probably not, keep cutting. Go get a dexa scan, it's anywhere from 75-150 depending on how many competing businesses are running dexa scanners in your area. If you are able to stick to a calorie deficit, know how to work hard, and know roughly when your bodyfat is starting to get in range, then start using this. I know what you're thinking, at that point, since we're already getting lean, does this lotion even do anything? Well, barely... it barely does anything. There's only so much smearing some caffeine and amino acids on your epidermis can do. But the science is there, and it's mainly going to be water from your cells in that region, but mechanistically the l-carnitine is supposed to help move fatty acids in to your mitochondria to assist in burning it for fuel, while the caffeine is going to help promote your cells to release water. I would give this 5 stars, but I would give it 5 stars when the price is 25/8oz. tube, as that's what I was buying it at, which I felt was already expensive. I would not give this 5 stars at 40/8oz. tube, but more like 3.5 stars, but since half stars aren't a thing on amazon, I'll push it up to 4, as long as you know what it can and cannot do.

Feel the burn/stings

I put on a small amount and it literally burned me, I had to jump in the shower and wash it off and rub Benadryl cream and aloe Vera on it all night. It was so painful. So not recommend this at all, unless you want to be burned

I only used this a couple of times because it caused some redness and irritation on my skin, so I decided not to continue using it. That said, the product itself seemed like it would probably work well for people who don’t have sensitive skin. You can definitely feel the tightening/active sensation when applying it, and it seemed designed to target firming and toning effectively. Unfortunately, my skin is just too sensitive for stronger products like this. If you have reactive or sensitive skin, I’d recommend patch testing first.

Been using this for several weeks now and definitely noticing a new defined look. Didn’t change my workouts too much since then so I can more definitively say this product helped. It’s not like this helped me get those commercialized looking perfect definitions, but just saying I can see a noticeable difference.

It burnt my skin, it got all red and I was in agony, DO NOT USE IT. It is dangerous. I required a cortisone treatment to fix my skin. I never get allergies or skin reactions but this cream actually hurt me.

Excelente crema para quemar grasa en abdomen.

Nutze das Gel vor dem Training. Trage es am Bauch und an den Seiten auf. Regt die Durchblutung an und riecht angenehm. Aufpassen beim auftragen, das ihr es beim vertreiben nicht an den Unterarm bekommt, denn jede Hautstelle wird rot und warm dadurch. Ob das Sixpack dadurch schneller kommt, weiß ich nicht. Gibt ein gutes Gefühl und ich glaube ich würde es auch wieder kaufen.
