No instructions with this can you advise please never used one before

I youtubed the make and there instructions there. Listen to the part about the gloves. I didn't and nothing happened. Cleaned the box and replaced wearing gloves and within 5 days my problem had gone.

Do the rats die in the box after ingesting the poison - ie, do I have to remove the dead rat?

The bait box is a housing unit for the poison. The rodent will go back to wherever it is nesting to die.

Do you put the bait loose inside the trap or leave it in the black sachet?

Personally I empty the sachet (carefully so as not to come into contact with the poison).

Can i put this near my bird station without the birds being harmed

The best place to put this is in a rat or mouse run. These tend to be against walls, fences ect. While birds cannot get into them, the little pellets can come out as the rodents crawl trought it, so I would not have it in the open. Also, wear gloves when you set it up. I didn't originally, and nothing happend for a week or so. Cleaned box while wearing gloves and within 5 days my problem had disappeared.

Does the job!

Bait station comes with key,small steel bar and small piece of plastic with a semi circle cut out and poison sachets, while I was able to work out what the steel bar and the plastic attachment were for and also where to install them if required it would be useful to have some simple instructions The station has proved successful as the poison has been taken twice and have not seen the rats in the garden for 2 weeks now

Eventually when received the key and could use the box, it was very good.

Arrived on time but no key to open box and the instructions are vague. Key was sent after my request direct to company. Other than that it does the job very well.

no instructions so not sure if I’m doing it right for it to work but messaged seller who promptly sent instructions and answer to other question I asked NO NEED TO OPEN BAGS THEY WILL EAT THROUGH IT

There were no instructions provided and the print on the satchets was minute. I tried to telephone the seller but no one was available I cannot recommend this product

Bought this product on Amazon from recommendations. We had a letter from our council saying there was a sighting of a rat in the vicinity of a few houses. So after a little investigation found some possible evidence. We placed this excellent quality box and poison in place and it has been used by the rat and said evidence has now disappeared so I highly recommend this product.
