I ordered it 9/6 and later that evening wrote the seller asking if they could make it 3 inches shorter. I have no idea where that number came from. but told them that i was 5'3 (really 5'2.5) the dress hits right a the floor with no shoes on so with my short heels I can dance all night. I changed the measurements. made the bust smaller the waist smaller and the hips 3 inches wider. I wear a 16 pants 48 inch hips but my waist is 33inches so there is always a gap. I asked if they could ship it faster. well I got it last night 9/15. and when i tell you this thing fits PERFECTLY. I feel like i'm doing the scene singing "Giving him something he can feel lol" I suggest if you buy it tell them the measurements because of the boning in it, it would be better to be made specifically then to try and alter later.
