The fabric is thick and feels hard like canvas, not “linen.” I went ahead and used them because I needed a bow to match my daughters outfit today but they are NOT what I expected at all. Not only that but it kept sliding back on her head and none of her other nylon bows do that. For the price I paid I expected much more from this product. Not sure how I feel about some of the shades of the colors in person as opposed to the picture on here. They fit my 7 month old well however the nylon band is very thick and tight. It leaves a very noticeable red mark on her head after a brief time. Bows I've bought directly from different bow shops have thinner nylon bands that don't leave a deep mark.
