I received this product today without a box and without a wrapper. Is this how it is shipped?

Yes, it shouldhave a plastic seal around the dropper at the top of the bottle. Humarian Research Lab, the maker of Probonix will be updating packaging this year, but currently this is how it is shipped.

Is this product non-gmo?

Yes it is and contains no artificial colors or flavoring.

Theres Grape fruit, monk fruit and stevia

Mine was delivered an a very hot day and the product was very hot when I got it out if the mailbox. Is the good bacteria likely dead?

That's a great question l, and I understand your concern, but we've been selling Probonix in the southern US for several summers now. Even though the bottle is hot, unless the liquid is over 110 degrees, Probonix is still incredibly effective. We have tested samples in the lab, sent to us by customers who experienced the same issues you have, and Probonix (which doesn't need to be refrigerated) still grew healthy bacteria even after exposure to the summer heat in the southern US. We have also tested Probonix after it has been frozen solid (winter months), and we thawed it out at room temperature, and it still grew healthy probiotic bacteria. It's incredibly resilient :) If the heat of probiotics during the Summer months is a serious concern, you may want to use the Amazon Now service on your area.
