I really appreciate the fact that these just work! I started working out 6 weeks ago and couldn't shake the soreness. I use these now for post workout and my goodness! No more soreness or very little. I am able to push my limits a little and these definitely help!

I had been taking BCAAs and read that EAAs were really the better approach. So I made the switch. These seems to provide better recovery after workouts. I had not heard of this company before but I noticed they make a lot of supplements and get very good reviews so I decided to give them a shot. They are easy to swallow. I've had no side effects whatsoever. I will be taking these EAAs from now on and move on from taking BCAAs. They appear to be very good quality, too..
