How much heat can this hair take up to what happens when it’s under 300 will it melt off or just the occasional split end damage?

This is human hair 100%. Just treat it like it was yours, and wash it with hydrating shampoo & conditioner. It will get damage if you use high heat just like our hair, and even cause split ends because is not "alive" anymore. The wig won't have the resource to keep growing from a root in the bottom of the follicle. The blood vessels are what keep the hair alive in your scalp by feeding the root, which creates more cells and makes the hair grow. Because of it if you use high heat all the time it can get dry. The hair gets pushed up through the skin as it grows, passing an oil gland along the way, so you will need to use hair oil treatment as well.

What is the difference between the #2 dark brown and the #2a new dark brown?

No they’re literally like regular hair the ends aren’t as thick as the top but it’s super natural and blends perfect

Do they get frizzy after awhile?

Nope. Mine is good. I have been using it for almost three months. But it does need taken good care of. Don’t wash often and you’d better use moisturizing shampoo. You could never be too gentle, especially in washing and combing. It keeps soft and smooth.
