Very nice.
Very comfortable. I do wish that the foam area extended a couple of inches more towards the left.

Great strap
I have used "Comfort Strapps" for years. This is my fourth one. I have one in all my instrument cases, they have held up very well. I really like the double holes for locking the strap to instrument. "Comfort Strapps" are named right, they are comfortable, and I have tried a lot of straps over the years. Worth the money, great product.

Works for me and my bass.
I'm a short bass player, 5'6", and most of those loop-through-slot straps can't be adjusted right for me, always too long or too short. The sliding buckle style ones I've seen adjust OK but aren't padded enough. The long Comfort Strapp gets it right. And much as I like leather, it lets the bass slide too much. I wear the bass a bit high and like the neck tilted up, so need a bit of friction to keep it in place. And it is comfortable on my bony frame, as much or more than other padded straps I've had. It's not fancy, no fashion statement. Some have mentioned that the material is not substantial enough. Point taken, it could be beefier. But I'm not hard on a strap anyhow, and if it does wear in a few years I'll get another. They aren't expensive, less than the leather straps I can't wear.

The only Bass guitar strap that you will ever need!!
I have used Comfort Bass Straps for about 16 years now. I still have my original and I bought this one to keep in a second gig bag. I actually bought two of them since it is a double bag. My original strap still looks like it did when I first bought it 16 years ago, plus a little dirt. Very comfortable and no shoulder pain regardless to the weight of the bass. I have seven basses so my bass strap has to be versitle. This is the only strap that I use for all of my basses. You can't go wrong with this one!!Only note, they come in two sizes. The xtra-long is way too long for me. The long is just right. Figuring out which one to order online can be a bit tricky on amazon.com.

Great strap for bass
Great strap for bass. I find my shoulder wears out. This has a nifty sorta double strapbutton hole that's really nice and secure. It doesn't slip around like nylon straps, and that's great if you have a neck-heavy bass. My Squier VM Precision V, does a seriously Thornton Mellon Triple Lindy type neck dive, and this totally tames it. This is a great, comfortable strap. It's totally worth the price. The other crazy inventions to prevent neck dive are wayyy more pricey and some even involved altering your instrument.

Only strap I would pay money for!
This is the only strap that I have chosen to buy for the past 18yrs. My first one finally wore out last year and I’ve purchased the same again as a replacement. I tried out many others, but I am very active while playing (dancing, jumping) and my shoulder feels much settee when I use this strap. Had a different product as a back up and had bruise marks on my shoulder after each of 3, 2-3hr gigs. I will only use these straps in the future.

Inferior workmanship won't hold your bass safe and sound.
First, the strap is a little shorter than it should be, so if you're a taller person (I'm 6'), it may not be long enough for you. The real deal-breaker though was the bottom leather piece that attaches to the bass guitar completely came off! The stitching must've broke. I'm so lucky I didn't drop my bass when it happened. I had only used this strap once for a few hours. The primary job of any bass strap is to keep your bass secured, and this strap failed utterly at that task.I found a much better strap here on Amazon. Better quality, more comfortable, and it's also longer. It's also around $5 cheaper, so win win win! You can find it here: Neotech 8301052 Mega Bass Strap, Black
