I had been using ear buds to listen to my music for years while I ran but the ear buds would fall out from time to time which was frustrating. I also felt as if my music could have been louder. So I decided to research other options. I'd always wanted headphones but I wasn't sure that it would give me what I needed to make my run beneficial in addition to my MP3 player being pre-historic. I was afraid that I wouldn't find anything that would work or even be remotely compatible. With hesitation, I read all of the reviews on Amazon and the 5 star reviews led me to these headphones. I ordered the PeohZarr On-ear Headphones and waited patiently for them to arrive. My headphones arrived in 2 days from Amazon. I immediately opened the box, placed them on my head and plugged my headphones in to my old school MP3 player. The color that I ordered (red) is VERY stylish. I switched my MP3 player on and I IMMEDIATELY heard surround sound music!!! I went out for my usual 5 mile run with my new headphones. The headphones are adjustable, so the fit was PERFECT! The headphones stayed in place during my run. The surround sound quality from the headphones was REMARKABLE! It gave me that extra boost of energy that I needed to complete my run. The headphones are very light in weight, so it doesn't weigh your head down. The cord from the headphone that goes to my MP3 player did not get in the way while I ran.I actually placed it over my shoulder onto my back. I couldn't even tell that a cord was present when I ran. When my run was over, I was able to wipe clean my headphones. The material that gently presses against the ears is very comfortable and it allows you to keep your headphones maintained by a simple wipe with a clean cloth. These headphones also fit in my android phone and tablet and I can listen to my Pandora music and other media apps. This is an all around EXCELLENT product to purchase. These headphones are exactly what you need. The quality is like none other. I will be purchasing more of these headphones as gifts for Christmas. My 8 year old loves these headphones especially the cushion for the ears. I’ve seen other cheap headphones on amazon but most of them look plastic-y and cheap. This headphone is made out of plastic, padding, and metal (headband part) but the plastic has a matte plastic (not shiny) finish and so it looks somewhat higher quality.What I like about it is that the cable is covered with fabric which is great because it prevents tangling, the audio jack is L shaped so it won’t get bent as easily, it’s lightweight, it folds up, is comfortable (doesn’t hurt the top of my head or my ears unless worn for a long time), and I also like that it has a volume slider and microphone.What I don’t quite like is that the cable is not detachable which would mean that if it breaks you’ll have to buy a whole new headphone instead of just the cord but for $13 I didn’t expect it to have this extra feature. Also, The audio seems a little quiet even with the volume slider all the way up but you can always change the volume setting on your phone so it’s not so bad.I’m not an audiophile so I can’t really identify if it has good highs/mids/etc but from listening to the variety of song genres from my playlist, the songs all seem to sound pretty good.
