This was so delicious. I put some chicken breasts in a crock pot on slow, at the 6 hour mark I threw in some chunky noodles to cook for 30 minutes and topped the whole dish off with this delicious sauce! I ate if for the whole week. It wasn’t overly spicy, in fact it was on the weaker side for my likings, but, I could tell for folks that do not like heat, I believe it would’ve be right on the money.

I know about this stuff, I lived in Peru enough time. This is close to the real deal, and it’s available in a doypack. This sauce is a bit hot, but most interestingly it has flavor and texture. It’s not about just how hot it is but, about the spice. Yes, in Peru there are better hot sauces your family can prepare or you can have in a restaurant. But you can’t buy that in Amazon and have it delivered to your door. And yes, stuff that fits in a doypack and needs no refrigeration, may have some sketchy chemicals. That’s the price you pay for not living in Peru.

I've lost count how many times I have used this product since I no longer work in Peru. So versatile. Great flavor enhancement.
